Suryagarh is both a study in remarkable contrasts and a gem that reflects the storied history of jaisalmer. A state, peopled by a hardy folk who established a citadel in the heart of the waterless Thar and turned it into a cynosure for all of Rajputana. It was at the royal court of Jaisalmer that the good life came to be lived, honed and perfected on a scale that many have emulated, but none matched.
Superlative creature comforts, functionality and a certain desert-bred chutzpah characterise our carefully detailed suites and rooms. Soft furnishings, cornices, alcoves, block prints and other decorative features showcase the crafts of the desert state we call home. Mirroring the many regal residences in the erstwhile kingdoms of Rajasthan, every habitation at Suryagarh is a bastion of sheer luxury. beds hewn from stone, quaint escritoires, period armoires, ottomans padded with heritage silks. You'll love them all here.
It is time you learned that the life of a king or getting married like a king is no longer to be the preserve of the kingly.
