Chunda palace belongs to one of the noble house from the Mewar kingdom, conceived as a traditional Rajasthani palace, chunda palace showcases the rich heritage of the Mewar region. Our mission is to provide authentic hospitality to our guests, interiors embroidered with hand painted walls & ceiling depicting the rich art work of the region, intricate painting made out of natural colours, bone inlay art work and beautifully crafted artefacts create an ambience of regal splendour. Splendid architecture inspired by the palaces of Rajasthan present a picture of magnificence. The palace took 16 years to get the beautiful architecture and the royalty which fascinates all the guests.

Most of the rooms offer a view of' the City Palace, Aravali mountain ranges, pichola lake and Jag Mandir Island Palace. All the rooms are well equipped with modern amenities.Chunda Palace provides an elegant setting for hosting high-level weddings and upscale private events. The discreet ambiance of the Palace is also reflected in each of the meeting rooms. Elegantly designed and located on ground level, the Grand Conference Hall Is absolutely pillar less & royal in its art & decor and it can accommodate people in a theatre style set up.

Suroor ( The Palace Bar ) a stylish bar is renowned for its fine selection of vintage wines, spirits and cigars. The bar has a refreshing Indoor-outdoor ambience and a relaxed charm that invites guests to lounge any time of the day.

The terrace restaurant offers a scintillating view of the beautifully lit Palace of the King of Mewar and the sparkling waters of Lake Pichola. It  offers multi cuisine food from all corners of the world with an aroma & taste that one can never forget.This venue can be converted into a wedding venue as well.

A Typical Wedding Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival
Traditional / ceremonial welcome with aarti and folk performers. An activity brochure details activities for the wedding ahead.

Evening
A theme party based on the location, with traditional cuisine and entertainment, followed by a dance party with a DJ in attendance.
 
Day 2 – The wedding day

Lunch
Sight seeing at the local venues which could be game sanctuary, temples, museums, churches, followed by Lunch with the cuisine of your choice

Evening : Wedding ceremony
The wedding ceremony will be of your choice as per the rites you would like to follow. A typical wedding would have the following sequence of events:

•  Assembly of procession and royal / traditional march to the wedding venue
•  Traditional welcome of procession
•  Wedding as per your rites – Hindu, Christian or Muslim
•  Cake cutting, toasts
•  Fireworks, traditional entertainment
•  Formal sit down dinner
•  Dance with live band / DJ
 
Day 3 – Sight seeing / Departure

This normally would be a day at leisure with options of sight seeing, shopping, special lunches etc
